Water Damage Restoration
24/7 water damage restoration across Canby and Clackamas County. A crew is on site fast to stop the damage.
Call 503-966-3749A pipe break, a water heater failure, a washing machine overflow, an AC line that backed up, any of them can put water across a floor fast, and it does damage every hour it sits. We arrive with truck-mounted and portable extractors, pull the water off floors, carpet and subfloor, and start drying before it spreads into framing and drywall.
A crew is dispatched around the clock. We stop the source if it is still running, extract every accessible area, map the moisture with meters, and set up air movers and dehumidifiers the same visit so the property is not sitting wet overnight.
What water damage restoration covers
- Standing water pulled from hard floors, carpet, pad and subfloor
- Water pulled from wall cavities and under cabinets and baseboards
- Leaks from supply lines, water heaters, appliances and AC units
- Structural drying with air movers and commercial dehumidifiers
- Moisture mapped with meters so nothing wet is missed
- Contents moved out of the water and blocked up off wet flooring
- Daily moisture monitoring until materials read dry
How a water damage call works
We stop the water. If the leak or overflow is still running we shut off the supply before anything else.
We extract and dry. Truck-mounted units for volume, portable units for tight spaces, then air movers and dehumidifiers go in the same visit.
We monitor to a dry standard. Daily readings on affected and unaffected materials, equipment stays until the numbers match.
When to call for water damage
A pipe break, supply line failure or water heater rupture that put water across a floor.
An appliance overflow, a backed-up drain, or an overflowing tub, sink or toilet.
A ceiling stain, a soft spot in a floor, or a musty smell that suggests water you cannot see.
Where we work
We run water damage calls across the area, a burst line in one town, a heater failure in another. See the full service area.
Call 503-966-3749Water Damage Restoration FAQ
How fast can you get here?
A crew is dispatched as soon as you call, 24 hours a day. The sooner extraction starts, the more of the floor and contents we can save.
Do I need to turn the water off first?
If you can reach the shutoff safely, yes. If not, leave it, the crew will handle it on arrival.
Will my hardwood floors be saved?
Often, if extraction and drying start quickly. Hardwood that has been wet for days and cupped badly may not come back, and we will tell you straight once we can assess it.
How long does drying take?
Most homes dry in three to five days. We monitor daily and pull equipment as each area reaches a dry standard.
Is standing water dangerous?
It can be. Water near outlets or a panel is an electrical hazard, and water from a drain or appliance can carry contamination. Keep out of it and let the crew set up.
Do you document everything for insurance?
Yes. We photograph the loss, log moisture readings and keep a record of the equipment and hours so you have what an adjuster asks for. What the carrier pays is between you and them.
